AIChE永續性指數

美國化學工程師學會(American Institute of Chemical Engineers; AIChE)透過其永續研究所展開一項新計劃，將設立AIChE永續性指數。該指數中包括策略性承諾(strategic commitment)、環保表現(environmental performance)、產品管理(product stewardship)、安全性能(safety performance)、社會責任(social responsibility)、價值鏈管理(value chain management)與永續創新(sustainability innovation)等七個關鍵指標。新的AIChE指數建立除考量企業與社會外，還包含永續性的技術和工程內容。AIChE永續性指數是一項重要的工具，能夠協助化學公司評估在多項重要領域中相對於業界團體的永續性表現。以衡量更為永續性將來之發展。」
